Working at Cuddles has been a great opportunity for me, as I am able to help children grow and develop into becoming responsible beings. I am passionate about caring for little ones, understanding that they are the leaders of the next generation. I strongly believe that through team work and commitment we can excel at providing quality care to children at Cuddles Kelmscott.

I love watching children learn something new - It is the most rewarding aspect of my job! I love watching the children's eyes light up and how excited they get when they realise they have accomplished something new! We get great support from our team, especially our Centre Manager who supports and encourages us to do new things. There is always something new to look forward to. I truly enjoyed coming to work daily.

Cuddles Early Learning is a very family orientated centre, I enjoy working with the team and building positive relationships with each and every child. The management and staff always go above and beyond!

I am very grateful to be an employee of Cuddles. The centre is such a positive, yet challenging environment. In my short time, it has already given me a lot of experience that is valuable to my career growth and there is still a long way to go. I work with a dedicated Manager and co-workers every day, and our teamwork has made this workplace very welcoming for children! Meeting the children’s needs and interest is always our first priority!

I have been working with Cuddles since last year and have had an opportunity to learn so many new skills. I have a very supportive Manager, and I love being around the children and learning new things every day 🐨

I have only worked at Cuddles Early Learning for 9 months but I have enjoyed every last bit of it! I have learnt so much and met so many new people, I have been given opportunities that I never expected to do this early in my career and learnt so many things along the way.

I’ve been working for Cuddles since 2017. I started at Bertram as a trainee and am now at Byford as a diploma. What I love most about working for Cuddles is the fact it’s family owned. I think we are very lucky to have such hands on amazing owners who come visit us regularly and care to hear how we are all doing or if we need anything. I’m very grateful to be surrounded by an amazing team! I’m now pregnant with my first baby and the support I’ve received is absolutely amazing. I couldn’t ask for more!

The team at Cuddles provides a welcoming and nurturing experience not only for the child but the child’s entire family. Seeing the children flourish and grow is the most rewarding aspect of my job. Seeing them achieve each milestone from being able to sit up right to taking their first steps. I take pride in knowing that what I am doing everyday is making a difference in the life of each child I work with. Working with these amazing children makes all the hard work pay off and I’m truly proud to say I love my job!

I really enjoy working for Cuddles as they are a great team of people, from Management to Educators and everyone in-between - these individuals are something special! Seeing the hardwork and passion the Cuddles team has makes me feel very fortunate to be part of this family where I can help and contribute towards the common goal of ‘Nurturing Our Future’.

I love to work at Cuddles Bertram. First, the transport has never been a problem, as there is a bus stop nearby. Second, the hospitality of the people is top notch! And most of all, I am honoured to work at Cuddles as it has also been part of my dream to work with children.
