Thanks so much girls for a great kindy year for Phoenix and Duke They may cry when we drop them off but they love it and have learnt a lot. The way you all care so much is so reassuring to us as parents. It's sad to think they won't be in your class/ room any more and are heading off to "big school" at the beginning of feb but you have prepared them well and they are ready to tackle the primary school environment. I admire the job you do and you should be proud of your selves . Its not easy work and you have to be switched on all day , I think 80% of the population would be unable to do  it!!!! Plus deal with 30 kids often confined inside ahhhhhhhhhhhh You are all always smiling and give my boys big hugs and reassurance every day and it warms my heart. I know we probably won't get such a amazing level of care for the rest of their schooling. Thanks again to all 3 of you xxxxx

My daughter is now 11 years old and heading off to High School next year, she will no longer need daycare. She has been coming to Cuddles since she was about 2 years old and so in a way, has grown up at your centre! She is an only child and so as a toddler, daycare helped her to develop relationships with other kids and learn how to play and share with others. When she went to Primary School, your educators were often the first to see her after a school day and ask her how her day had gone. I know that on lots of occasions when she struggled with things that happened at school, it was Cuddles educators who helped her feel better after a tough day. When I had to work on school holidays, it was Cuddles that made sure she had a program of fun things with other kids over the school break. We've been very grateful to the Cuddles family for all of the assistance over the years. As a single parent, having a reliable and flexible child care facility has made a huge difference to me and my family. I know that my daughter will miss many of the friends she's made, both kids and educators. Our thanks to everyone - keep up the fantastic work.

My baby is going to this Childcare for 1.5 years. Every morning she brings me her shoes - time to go there! Every night she says the names of all her carers and tells them good night: "night night Beth, night night Kiya, night night Jessy, Kristina, Anjelee, Amy, Priya and so on"... she is absolutely in love with this place! You can always tell by the reaction of your child if he/she is looked well after. And I can tell you that my baby is surrounded by love and care every moment she is there. Massive thanks to all the amazing people working there and making this place so great! Forever grateful!!!

My daughter has been with Cuddles Carlisle since January and I can't speak more highly of the centre. The girls in the hippo room do such a wonderful job and my daughter adores them. All of the other staff I have dealt with have all been fantastic and are so helpful. I get email updates and pictures while I am at work and am kept updated on anything happening in and around the centre. The centre's location is fantastic for commuting to the city for work, being across from the train station is a big bonus. Thanks Cuddles, keep up the awesome work!!

I have had both my children in Cuddles centres! My step son was in Carlisle 3 years ago for 2 years he made great friends the ladies were always lovely the only negative was probably the staff turn over and sometimes incident reports not completed. My daughter has started at St James from only 5months old and the ladies in the her room have been amazing and patient with the transition (boob to bottle EBM) she's very happy at the centre and so am I. It's great to get all the email updates and see my baby well cared for!

My son and I have been with cuddles for over 6 months now. I have never meet such a loving caring group of carers. My sons grown so much in this time and has learnt so much , how to walk , talk, dance, blow kisses and much more ! Honestly the most amazing bunch of people to have around my little son. it's hard to trust someone you love so much with other people and I wouldn't change it for the world at St James ! Huge thank you to the Hippo staff that watch and teach him to be the little man he is going to become. My son and I have been with cuddles for about a year now. I have never meet such a loving caring group of carers. My sons grown so much in this time but is always happy and blowing kisses to everyone when he leaves. On one occasion my son was sick and having troubles breathing, one of the lovely ladies in the hippo room lay him down on the little couch bed to rest until I arrived, so she could keep a close eye on him while he slept. It made me cry hearing how much she genuinely cared and was worried for his well being. We love cuddles and all the beautiful staff there!!!! Keep doing the wonderful job ladies.

My twins started day care at st James Cuddles two months ago at 2.5 years old . The friendly staff have helped them get settled and give me updates on how they are going through the day so I feel confident they are ok. It's such a loving, warm and safe environment I feel totally confident in our choice. They come home excited each time and tell me about all the fun activities that have done and the new things they have learnt . Highly recommend this wonderful centre.

Hi Everyone, Cuddles Bertram is a vibrant and flexible place. My daughter Seanna Nunez is so privileged to be part of this incredible Cuddles family for 2 years. A Fantastic Centre,with beautiful, warm and loving staff. Seanna just loves it. The friendly emails and activities are absolutely inspiring. Everyday is well planned. My daughter returns home with good memories of a beautiful fun filled day and is so cheerful when she wakes up and always happy to be dropped off. Seanna is 3 years old. She has learnt so much at Cuddles. Sometimes she surprises us with amazing vocabulary. Cuddles Learning Environment is well organised, well resourced and well maintained. Children are encouraged to explore and interact with the environment to make meaning and knowledge through their experiences and social interactions. Everyone at Cuddles are treated fairly and lovingly irrespective of one's cultural background. As parents we always want the best for our child. Cuddles at Bertram has it all. Chanele ( Manager) and team keep up the great work. You guys are a superb, dynamic and inspirational team.

We have been part of Carlisle Cuddles family for coming up to 5 years now and cannot imagine life without them. The carers there all have a true passion for working with kids. My daughter who is now in year 1 still attends holiday care there and loves it. My son who will be 1 next month is in baby room full time and I have complete peace of mind knowing that he is well looked after while I spend my days at the office.

My two boys (2.5 and 13mths) go to Cuddles Bertram. The ladies are lovely and my boys always have fun. It makes my day to receive an email with a photo of my boys having fun.

I would like to thank all the staff at bertram cuddles for taking such good care of my grandson and they are such a loving group of people. Rylee loves going there and am sure they love having him . we did leave for a little while but we came back after only 1 month of being away as there is no place like this cuddles day care they treat you like part of the family with their friendly nature. Cuddles Bertram would be the only place that I would recommend to anyone wishing to put their child in daycare you just can't go wrong with them. One happy Nanna!
