Manpreet Kaur is the Centre Manager at Carlisle. She has been a Cuddles employee for over 10 years and was the Centre Manager at St James before moving to Carlisle over a year ago. She is married with a son and daughter.

“I have an Advance Diploma in Children services.”
Why did you become an educator?
“There’s no greater profession than being an educator! I have a passion for learning as well as sharing my knowledge with others. I enjoy being a part of the learning experience, and to help students understand that with knowledge comes power. I believe that education is the foundation of success and is a lifelong learning process.”
What do you like about being an educator?
“I like how my job allows me to meet new people all the time. I love meeting new families and getting to know them. Each family is unique and and I enjoy being able to meet the needs of our families. It gives me deep satisfaction of knowing that I am playing a vital role in society.”
What are your strengths?
“One of my strengths is my strong work ethic. My greatest strength is my people skills. Part of that comes from my ability to maintain strict levels of confidentiality.”
What are your hobbies or interests?
“I love cooking, shopping and spending time with my family.”

“As a part of my past experience I have an experience in Teaching as a primary teacher.”
